�AssayReady4U(TM) is an online based shopfront which allows drug
discovery researchers the ability to search, invention and blue-ribbon compounds from
a live physical solicitation of screening compounds. Then, using additional
options, build their final assay by selecting the exact measure and
assiduity required to perform their own unique experiments.
The final customer-selected compounds are cleanly and
accurately dispensed into SBS measure well plates of the customer's choosing
using ChemPrintCo's sophisticated and proprietary hydro-acoustic
technologies. Each AssayReady4U plate is sealed in an argon environment and
then vacuum-sealed in a moisture barrier bag and placed inside a
temperature-controlled pack for shipment. All orders are shipped from stock

concentration.

GPCR-targeted compounds. All compounds in the collection are selected for

Comparing Intermittent To Continuous Androgen Deprivation For Advanced Prostate Cancer
�UroToday.com - Dr. Arto Salonen and Finnish colleagues compared intermittent androgen privation (IAD) to continuous androgenic hormone deprivation (CAD) in 856 patients with locally advanced or metastatic prostate cancer (CaP) treated at 27 clinics in Finland. This report represents an meantime analysis of their data.
The patients were accrued between 1997 and 2003 and had a life expectancy of at least 12 months. A 24 week flow in of continuous LHRH agonist therapy preceded randomisation for those who had a PSA decrease to

A come of 564 men completed the row period and 279 were randomized to IAD and 285 to CAD. PSA, alkaline phosphatase, proportion of T4 tumors, poorly differentiated tumors, metastatic disease, and skeletal hot spots among patients with M1 disease were significantly higher in the IAD group. Baseline testosterone was not important in the analysis.
A significant proportion of patients with the most fast-growing and advance CaP did not reply to androgenic hormone deprivation therapy. The investigators concluded that IAD appears feasible for patients with locally advanced, hormone sore CaP. A low limit of testosterone at baseline did non select for IAD or CAD. Patients with advanced CaP, with a high PSA, alkaline phosphatase and metastatic disease, with more than 5 skeletal hot spots, did not read adequate biochemical response to ADT. Thus, they ar not good candidates for IAD and other modalities should be considered.

Amy Winehouse - Winehouse Lunges At Fan
Troubled singer AMY WINEHOUSE stunned followers at the U.K.'s Glastonbury festival after seemingly attacking a fan.
The 24-year-old was singing her hit track Rehab to 75,000 fans on the Pyramid Stage on Saturday (28Jun08) when she jumped from the stage and into the security pit.
The star - who has been receiving medical attention for the lung disease emphysema - then appeared to lash out at a fan, striking the unnamed devotee with her fist.
But a spokesman for Winehouse insists she was provoked, adding, "The 'lashing out' was when someone tried to grab her hair and she reacted."
Winehouse also hit back at fans who booed her as she paid tribute to her incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil.
She said, "Boo me one more time and I'll find you and your phone and call your mum and tell her you ain't got no manners."

Cross Canadian Ragweed conventional itself as a persistent touring band throughout the Texas/Oklahoma area and and so broadened its hit, nationally releasing several albums of rebel-rousing alt-country. Formed in 1994 in Stillwater, OK, the set took its name from those of its members: frontman and lead guitarist Cody Canada, drummer Randy Ragsdale, cycle guitarist Grady Cross, and bassist Jeremy Plato. Though the set toured heavily from its origin, establishing a particularly strong fan base in Texas, it didn't acquittance its first base album until 2001 when Underground Sounds released Highway 377. Two more releases for the label followed, Live and Loud at the Wormy Dog (2001) and Carney (2002), earlier the dance band affected to Smith Music Group for Live and Loud at Billy Bob's Texas (2002). In 2004 the group signed to Universal South and released Soul Gravy, followed by Garage in October of 2005.
